What’s in the Mix?
Blending Ideas and Prompts is a weekly exercise designed to spark your imagination and get your creative juices flowing. Each week you’ll find a question, a suggestion or a prompt that will help you identify where you’re stuck, where you are flowing and where you need more education. Mostly, prompts are just fun!
About This Week’s Prompt:
Taking care of mature skin is different than taking care of young skin. I love using essential oils that are rockstars for helping mature skin look more radiant. My favorites are cistus (aka rockrose), carrot seed, and frankincense. Taking care of your skin isn’t all about looking younger. The goal of skin care is healthy skin.

Let’s inspire each other! By sharing your questions and challenges I learn more about where you are with your blending skills and see where I can help. Your comments can give me an idea for a new podcast episode or a blog post with a helpful infographic so you can better understand concepts, blending dilutions, and anything else you are challenged by.
I love Tamanu Oil with a few drops of Frankincense Essential Oil, for daily use. And, Neroli Hydrosol as a toner. I use other hydrosols also during the day for a spritz of cool hydration. Rose and frankincense hyrdrosols are both very good. My skin is 74 years old and has never been softer, smooth and even toned. Of course I do have a few wrinkles, but people say I look 15 years younger. Loving the essentials oils and hydrosols!!!
Nice post!
Thanks for sharing, I may try it and come back with my thoughts.
All the best!
